Sella Office Seating Ltd, a UK designer and manufacturer of office seating, is delighted to announce the acquisition of the assets of ACF Office Seating.  The acquisition includes all chair and seat designs and patterns, all IP relating to the product portfolio and branding as well as the right to manufacture all ACF seating products.
 
The ACF product range, now offered by Sella, comprises a broad range of seating solutions including an ergonomic range of chairs such as the Flexi and the Blade, as well as solutions from the soft seating range such as Flo, Trieste and Pacific.  
 
In support of the ACF dealer base and to show its commitment to ensure the continuity of supply of the seating ranges, Sella have also undertaken to service all product warranties previously provided by ACF in respect of goods manufactured for its dealers.  Andrew Wall, a director of Sella Office Seating commented: “It is of paramount importance to us that the high standards that Sella adheres to, will also apply to our servicing of ACF’s customer base.”
 
He added, “The acquisition is also great news for Sella’s loyal and growing customer base as in one fell swoop, we have been able to considerably extend our product portfolio and offer even greater choice.”

In the event of any ACF warranty claims, please contact Sella directly in relation to any problems that you have with ACF products and we will seek to rectify these immediately in accordance to the terms of the warranties previously provided.
